The game contains scenes where it is necessary to shoot at a crowd of civilians in order to progress the storyline. Mild/cartoon gore shows upon shooting at the crowd, where there might be gun wounds or pools of blood around the person after they have been killed. The same applies to the enemies in the game. There is mild drug use for one mission (though never referenced again - necessary to progress the story).
