About Gamatlas
Gamatlas answers practical questions about PC and console games: what a game needs to run, how large the download is, whether it works on Steam Deck, whether it has crossplay, how many people are playing it right now, and where to find mods.
Who runs the site
Gamatlas is run by Elgfarm AS, a Norwegian company (organisation number 926940546), Lofotgata 1, 0458 Oslo, Norway. Contact: post@regnskapsbasen.no.
Where the data comes from
- IGDB.com
- Game names, release dates, genres, platforms, developers, publishers and cover art.
- Steam
- System requirements, Steam Deck compatibility, store details and current player counts.
- SteamSpy
- Supplementary Steam statistics.
How player counts are measured
We ask Steam for the number of concurrent players once an hour and store each reading. The numbers on the site are our own measurements, not estimates. Where a game has no Steam data, we show no number.
