Trance World is a high-speed action platformer set in a world deep in the universe that is under attack by power-hungry, manipulative warlords. You play as Rem T. Saikle, a struggling individual facing classism with his older sister, Piper. However, when the planet-turned-mothership, Trauvia, invades Rem's home and kidnaps his sister, Rem is forced to defend himself and his people...using weapons he stole, and save his planet.

The story
Rem T. Saikle is a struggling man on his planet, Melatai, who faces classism alongside his older sister, Piper. However, when Trauvia, a planet-turned-mothership, arrives and announces its plan to eradicate Melatai after enslaving hard-working farmers and fishers, Rem is forced to defend himself and his people, using a sword he stole from the Trauvians. And after Leader Seax, Trauvia's supreme leader, notifies Rem of the kidnapping and ransom of his sister, Rem must do something only the insane would do: Stop the entire army.

- There is a scene at the beginning of the game where a spokesperson of the enemy is assassinated by the main character. - There is an enemy in the game that explodes on contact. Not really sensitive, but it could be perceived as a suicide bombing. - There is a scene at the end of chapter 1 where an out-of-focus display of the boss enemy of chapter 1 shows his upper half detached from the lower half.
