Patient Zero: Day One is a frantic top-down infect-em-up. The infection is surging through your body! The pain! The pain! You will succumb within seconds, unless you feed! Run freely around the city, hunting down fleeing victims. You must bite them to survive, but as you infect them, they too will turn, and also need to feed. Infect as many victims as you can and earn Toxins to spend. Unlock and equip mutations to change how you play. Unlock different zombies to play as. Earn rewards for total lifetime infections. How many victims can you infect? How long can you survive?
