Kalaban
Kalaban is a horror-themed 2D action-adventure. The game focuses on story-telling and open-ended gameplay. The game is set in the year 1995, in an alternate history version of Finland. The main character of the game is Bob, a hermit and an American who has moved to Finland. Bob's cabin is attacked by a mutant monster, which triggers the story. He must find out what is going on around him and discover the reason behind the weird outbreak.

Publisher's content notice
There is frequent fantasy and cartoony violence, seen from a topdown perspective. There is one NPC that is completely nude throughout the game, but we never see the character fully nude, only veiled. One of the NPCs commits suicide in one of the dialogue sequences, most players will probably not come across that content since it is optional. In general, the game does deal with darker subject matters and is geared towards adults. There is graphic language and swearing involved. Alcohol (beer) is used as a healing item by the player, and there are references to tobacco use and hard liquor use in the game.
