Domestic
Domestic is an early "walking simulator" that repurposes the Unreal engine to recreate a remembered childhood home after a house fire. Players navigate a dreamlike, memory‑mapped space of warped scales, shifting texts, and oversized family snapshots, encountering fire and using symbolic "coping mechanisms"—romance‑novel covers—to contain it. Blurring architectural realism and psychic interiority, the work invites slow exploration and reflection on how space, memory, and narrative intertwine.
