Is Blue Dragon Plus crossplay?

Blue Dragon Plus is only released on one platform, so there is nothing to cross-play with.

A direct sequel to Blue Dragon that takes place a year after the first games events. The game uses a real-time strategy style with characters being moved around a map using the stylus on the bottom screen and fighting enemies when they are close enough to attack.
