While there is no direct violence or gore, the experience contains clear references to blood, though nothing is shown in a graphic way. There are some notable jump scares, along with generally unsettling moments created by phone calls and an oppressive atmosphere. Some strong language is used, including a few instances of “fuck,” “shit,” “holy shit,” and “sick bastard.” Additionally, there are several references to smoking: a collectible cigarette pack, mention of a smoking room, and dialogue noting that the grandfather used to smoke around Gabriele during his childhood.
