Shadows of Eldemir contains stylised pixel-art, fantasy violence as part of both the story and combat. This includes blood, corpses, skeletons, disturbing body-related imagery and brief close-up supernatural violence. The story deals with dark occult and psychological themes including both cosmic and supernatural horror. Some images and descriptions may frighten or unsettle certain players. Alcohol is referenced in tavern signs/menus and bottles may appear as background decoration. The game also contains a fictional dice gambling mini-game using in-game currency only.
