Publisher's content notice
There is animated blood and gore - basically red pixels splattering out of monsters when you hit them. Player characters have revealing outfits (they're barbarians in loincloths), and there is artistic nudity in the scenery elements and some non-player characters, such as nude carved statues, but the resolution is too low to see much anyway.
