Publisher's content notice
This game is very gory and violent with over the top "gibbing" physics. But that gore is not realistic. The horror elements are more about body horror to make it icky and alien. There are nude human like entities and outfits, there are no genitals on display and there is no sex in the game. There are jiggling bits on monsters that are again for the odd but not erotic visuals. This is a Mature rated game, shows about what an R rated 80's Horror film would show.
