Nexvultus features graphic depictions of violence, including blood, and corpses. Players can use tools, like hammers, to attack deformed humanoid, and non-humanoid entities. Some entities may be grotesque, and display unnatural movements and character designs. The environment in all maps is decayed and abandoned, leading to the possibility of random objects, which may fall on player characters, crushing them. Blood and corpses will be visible. They are also visible in entity attacks. The narrative contains themes of trauma, cult behaviour, madness, dread, fear, and isolation (leading to madness). This game does not have any sexual content.
