This game contains strong violence and disturbing themes. Scenes include murder and torture; discovery of dismembered remains; a corpse concealed in a barrel; electrocution underwater; and a family crucified and set on fire. It also depicts captivity and deprivation (a victim baited with water). The game features fictional dark-web marketplaces (drugs and organs) and heavily censored bathroom “DrainCams” images (pixelated/blocked; no explicit nudity or sexual acts). There are text-only references to sexual violence; no sexual assault is depicted on screen.
