The game does not contain traditional cutscenes or sexual content. It is a zombie-style shooter in which the enemies are non-human puppets. As the game progresses, these creatures gradually evolve into more disturbing forms composed of exposed muscle and flesh covered by skin, which some players may find frightening or uncomfortable. The game features combat violence against non-human creatures and relatively realistic depictions of modern firearms.
