The game is set in a fantasy world where magic exists. Unscrupulous individuals profit by inscribing curses into candies. The curse takes effect anywhere from tens of minutes to several hours after consumption, during which victims may experience symptoms such as nausea and vomiting, accompanied by hallucinations, dissociation, and euphoria. The curse creates a strong psychological dependency, and long-term abusers who stop consuming the cursed candies suffer severe withdrawal symptoms, including extreme depression, anxiety, insomnia, and even bone pain.
