"Gloomy Clues: The Broken Mirror" is a mature investigative thriller featuring a gritty graphic novel aesthetic. Due to its uncompromising narrative and oppressive atmosphere, the following content may not be appropriate for all audiences: Violence and Crime Scenes: The game features detailed murder investigations depicting corpses, blood, and stylized mutilations. Players will encounter scenes of physical violence, including gunshots and blunt force trauma (e.g., being struck with bottles), which are central to the forensic and detective gameplay. Adult Themes and Psychological Sensitivity: The narrative explores complex themes of extreme psychological manipulation, mind control, and trauma. It includes suggestive situations, partially undressed characters, and references to power dynamics and restraint (BDSM), conveyed through stylized artwork and mature dialogue. Substance Use and Strong Language: Consistent with its "Noir" setting, alcohol and drugs play an active role. Players can use alcohol as a tool to coerce Non-Playable Characters (NPCs) into revealing information. The game depicts intoxication, bribery, and the use of strong language reflective of the criminal underworld.
