Fedanheim is a horror game built around graphic bodily harm. It contains on-screen amputation and limb loss, realistic blood, injured and mutilated bodies, and a character's accidental death from a fall. The player character is permanently maimed over the course of the story, and body horror is a core theme rather than an occasional scene. The game contains no sexual content, no nudity, and no depictions of drug use.
