Doll-like humanoid creatures stalk you, sometime with knives. There is no explicit death animation or blood/gore. However the environmental atmosphere is dark and frightening. You occasionally come across other players who have been defeated, their bodies are not corpse-like or bloodied, but simply slumped against a wall.
