It's about the authors very own mind. It's about his story. The game builds its atmosphere through depictions of the author's mental illnesses and memories, portraying how they affect him in a nightmare-dreamlike aesthetic reminiscent of the classic Silent Hill games.

The story

In Diary of Broken Dreams you take the role of the author as he experiences his own form of mental hell, struggling to overcome crippling depression, anxiety, and past childhood traumas.
