DeadMargin is a multiplayer co-op survival horror extraction game. The game contains the following mature content throughout gameplay: * Violence, Blood, and Gore: Combat against hostile creatures involves firearms, flamethrowers, and melee weapons. When characters and enemies sustain damage or die, graphic violence such as blood splatters, ragdoll physics, decapitation, and the dismemberment of limbs (arms, legs) occurs. Severed limbs and corpses remain physically present in the environment. * Partial Nudity and Grotesque Creature Anatomy: While certain enemy creature models are generally draped or deformed, they may feature exposed genitalia or partial nudity that becomes visible under specific conditions or camera angles. These elements are not intended to be erotic or sexual in nature; they are presented strictly within the context of grotesque body horror and unsettling creature design. * Horror and Psychological Tension: The game features a dark atmosphere set in abandoned hospitals, underground laboratories, and claustrophobic facilities, accompanied by jump scares and threatening entities. * The game does NOT contain depictions of sexual acts, sexual violence, real-world drug or alcohol abuse, or self-harm.
