How many GB is Nocturnal Relics?

10 GB

That is more than the typical Adventure game, which needs about 5 GB.

Leave at least 17 GB free: games need headroom to unpack updates.

The figure is the storage Steam lists as required for this game, not a measured download.

In Nocturnal relics you play as May who is trying to escape a monster while trying to get out of a museum. Is the monster in her head or did she release an ancient evil into the world?
