How many GB is Internet Cafe Tycoon?

1 GB

That is less than the typical Simulator game, which needs about 4 GB.

Leave at least 7 GB free: games need headroom to unpack updates.

The figure is the storage Steam lists as required for this game, not a measured download.

Run a 2000s-era LAN cafe. Hire a literal ghost apprentice, dodge municipal inspections, keep rival groups from fighting on your bench, and ride the chaos through a 30-day campaign.
