Crossplay does not apply to Prey: Mooncrash: it has no online multiplayer.

In Mooncrash, a DLC for Prey, you’ll face overwhelming odds to escape a secret TranStar base on the moon, where the enemies you encounter, the hazards you face, the goals you complete, and the loot you collect are different each time you play.
