Is Kingdom Hearts III: Re Mind crossplay?

Crossplay does not apply to Kingdom Hearts III: Re Mind: it has no online multiplayer.

Kingdom Hearts III: Re Mind is a downloadable expansion to Kingdom Hearts III, released in 2020. Set during and after the game’s climax, it adds new story scenarios (“Re Mind,” “Limitcut Episode,” and “Secret Episode”), challenging boss battles, and extended lore connections. Two editions were made available, with the deluxe version including a recording of the Kingdom Hearts Orchestra -World of Tres- concert. A free patch released alongside the DLC also added the Oathkeeper and Oblivion Keyblades.
